As lead nutritionist, I implemented individualised performance fueling plans, transformed recovery protocols, and played a key role in optimizing mid-season body composition metrics across the first team squad.

Worked directly with technical and medical staff to create fully integrated nutrition strategies for match day, recovery, and travel. Supported the team’s push for a play-off place through data led interventions and player education.

Built Nutritik from the ground up to deliver customised, evidence based support to both elite and recreational athletes. Provided 1:1 nutritional strategies based on advanced physiological assessments, including RMR and VO2max testing.
