My name is Alex Maftei and I work as a sports nutritionist and dietitian nutritionist. My role is to guide people, both professional athletes as well as the general population, to improve their athletic performance and physical appearance through nutrition and cardio metabolic testing.

I founded Nutritik Performance with the aim of supporting people in the changes they want to make, after I completed my specialist studies with a master's degree at Leeds Beckett University and was accredited by the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

My role at Nutritik Performance is to help you stay healthy, feel good, look good and perform at peak performance, both in sports and in everyday life. Regardless of your goal, whether you are active in a particular sport or just want to lose a few pounds, I can help.
