Sports Nutrition
Are you a sportsman wanting to train at maximum capacity? Unsure of what to eat for peak performance? Feeling low on energy and not performing your best?

Nutritik Performance can help.

We guide professional and amateur athletes, as well as the general population, on nutritional needs for sports and everyday life.
With an MSc in Sports Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University, we turn scientific principles into practical advice on how, what, and why to eat for optimal performance and body composition.

Our coaching program helps you reach your potential in training, competition, healthy living, or weight loss.

How does the coaching work?
Here's what you will receive

1. Your customised report
As the first step in the coaching process, you will receive a report that will contain the initial and final data, namely resting energy consumption and macronutrient distribution, which will form the basis of what you will eat, but most importantly, how much will be needed to eat.

It's unlikely you'll be able to reach those values immediately, but this will be our consolidation point from which we'll start and gradually lead you to other new areas of your "diet" each week.

2. Access to countless recipes
We are aware that we are not eating calories, we are eating food. That's why you will have access to simple recipes and dishes that you can make and try without wasting time in the kitchen and build your life around cooking.
We want to help you become independent and be able to learn how to feed yourself correctly and sufficiently according to the activity of the day.

3. Your own dashboard
You will be able to keep track of the things you do with the help of our application, thus monitoring your progress together.

You can monitor your progress, food intake and activity to effectively communicate and work together with us on what you set out to do.

You can even attach pictures and talk to your nutritionist in real time.

4. Weekly support call
We'll set up a day a week where we can schedule a 15 min phone or Zoom call for feedback, identifying areas where you're struggling, what's currently working, and what we can change along the way.

Nutritionist support throughout the process is important, so weekly feedback will be essential for everyone.

The discussion will help us reflect on the current process and act accordingly on what we are going to implement.
