Founded with one goal in mind, to help athletes thrive through the power of sport-specific nutrition, Nutritik Performance became my platform to deliver high level support to both elite and developing athletes across a wide range of sports. From football to basketball and tennis, I’ve worked closely with clubs, federations, and individuals to drive results through science based, practical strategies.

Through Nutritik Performance, I collaborated with leading teams such as CSU Știința Bucharest, Rapid Bucharest, and CSM Constanța, all major names in Romanian basketball. Across youth, senior, and professional squads, I implemented full spectrum performance nutrition support.
At Știința Bucharest, I led a food first, athlete centred approach across the U16, U18, and senior teams. Education was at the core: I designed engaging sessions that helped players understand how to fuel for strength, recovery, hydration, and resilience, whether in training or competition. I also managed a safe and compliant supplementation programme, and collaborated with medical staff to ensure that every nutrition decision was supported by current science.
At both Rapid and Constanța, I expanded the programme to include monthly anthropometric assessments, regular resting metabolic rate testing, and ongoing tracking of performance indicators. I worked directly with at-risk players, whether they were returning from injury, struggling with weight goals, or navigating specific dietary needs (vegetarian diets, low energy availability, etc.).
🍽 Performance Starts in the Kitchen
A major component of my work involved bringing performance nutrition into the team environment, especially through the canteen. I partnered with club chefs to develop nutrition plans that were practical, cost-effective, and aligned with training loads and match schedules. From portion sizes to food placement and recovery options, everything was set up to make smart choices easier for athletes.
I also helped stock locker rooms with recovery snacks, supplements, and hydration options, particularly around match days. This "nutrition visibility" approach ensured players didn’t just have the right information, but they also had the tools and access to act on it, in real time.
🔬 Testing for Precision
Using metabolic tools like resting metabolic rate (RMR) assessments and VO2max testing, I helped athletes and coaching staff make better-informed decisions about energy availability, recovery demands, and risk of injury.
These insights allowed us to intervene early: whether reducing excess body fat before pre-season, increasing fuelling for high performers, or adapting recovery strategies based on workload.

What set Nutritik Performance apart was the combination of knowledge with hands on collaboration. Across every club and athlete, the goal was always the same: understand the body, support the process, and improve the outcome.
Whether it was a youth player learning how to fuel for double training days or a senior athlete managing recovery between games, every decision was built to support long term performance, health, and development.
